- Attend a VOICE Area Exploratory Seminar (VAES)
- Submit Memorandum of Understanding to VOICE
- Choose a Campus and Community Coordinator (CCC) and volunteer teachers
- Secure permission and a schedule from the principal of the public school you wish to adopt
- CCC and Volunteer teachers attend a VOICE Area Basic Training Seminar (VABTS)
- Begin teaching Values Instruction Classes (VIC) in your adopted school
